ISO 14001:2004 Internal Auditing
This two-day Internal auditor course provides the
information required by an internal auditor to perform this important
task. Students will gain a knowledge of the history that resulted
in developing this standard, a working knowledge of the requirements
of the standard and the tools necessary to perform effective internal
audits. Key issues such as factors that drive program success, roles
and responsibilities and collecting objective evidence are discussed.
Both manufacturing and service case studies are highlighted.
Who should attend:
Individuals who will be involved with planning, managing or conducting
internal audits. This applies to any organization that can have
an environmental impact, including manufacturing organizations and
service providers.
Prerequisite:
ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System class or a working
knowledge of the standard.
