Lean Six Sigma Executive Overview

This two hour Lean Six Sigma session provides organizational leadership with an understanding of how Lean Six Sigma helps organizations improve their performance, the basic structure of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and a high-level overview of how Lean Six Sigma is successfully deployed in an organization. The presentation portion of the session lasts approximately one hour without questions. The two hour time frame is suggested to allow leadership to ask questions and explore issues surrounding the implementation of Lean Six Sigma inside the organization.
